Books and audio books check out for 2 weeks and can be renewed twice if there is not another patron on hold for the item.
DVDs check out for 2 weeks as well, but cannot be renewed. Magazines check out for one week and cannot be renewed.
You can check out as many books as you can be responsible for. We ask that you only check out 3 books at a time on any 1 topic.
You can check out 5 children’s DVDs, 5 nonfiction DVDs, and 10 Fiction DVDs at a time.
As of January 1, 2023, we no longer charge late fines!
Fines will still be charged for lost and damaged items.
With a valid ID, the library can look up and write down your library card number as a one-time courtesy.
If you have already used your courtesy look up, we will ask you to replace your library card at a cost of $1. We suggest, at the time of getting your courtesy look up, adding your library card number to your phone or wallet as a back-up measure to avoid this charge.
In the case of a minor (under age 18) applying for a library card, a parent of legal guardian must first obtain a card. The adult will take full financial responsibility for all materials borrowed on the minor(s) accounts.
Minors age 5 and up are able to obtain a Library Card through the parent (s) or legal guardian. The minor must be present to sign up for the library card. If the parent (s) or legal guardian has a Library Card it must not be in Collection status.

Send an email to 3D.email@example.com with your library card number in the subject line and one (1) STL file attached. Please include a small description of your object in the body of the email, such as the rough size of the object and special instructions for printing if applicable, so that the librarian can confirm the attached object is correct. Please also note that the library will print an object exactly as it is sent and will not make any adjustments prior to printing, nor will the library do any post processing, such as smoothing edges or removing support structures. If necessary, a full copy of the Beaumont Library’s 3D Printing policy is available on request.

There are two ways of printing with your devices.
1. You can go to our website: print.beaumontlibrary.us and follow the prompts to send the print.
2. You can send the item(s) you would like to print to our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you send your print job, it will be waiting for pickup at the Print Release Station.
Library public use computers can be used by those as young as 10 years old with signed permission from their parent/guardian.
Computer guest passes to use the library public use computers are available for those who are 18 years old and older.
